Before You Rent

Thanks for choosing Radiate for your event. To make sure everything runs smoothly and safely for everyone, please review the following requirements before booking.

*100% FLAT SURFACE – NO carpet, slope, incline, or uneven setup.

*INDOORS ONLY.

*NO drinks, liquids, food, or other foreign substances on or around the equipment, including powder/residue from cold sparks.

*NO furniture placed on the floor unless approved by Radiate in advance.

*DO NOT unplug, move, borrow power from, or switch outlets for ANY of Radiate’s power bars or equipment. Contact your Radiate technician if there is a power issue.

*Venue must provide sufficient and stable electrical power for Radiate equipment and all other vendors’ equipment. Insufficient or unstable power may cause equipment shutdown, malfunction, or damage to electronic components.

By renting Radiate equipment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all rental conditions above.

The renter is responsible for a cleaning fee of up to $300, as well as the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage resulting from a violation of these rental conditions.
