Thanks for choosing Radiate for your event. To make sure everything runs smoothly and safely for everyone, please review the following requirements before booking.
Space Requirements
- Equipment is flat-use only. No sloped, staged, or uneven setup is permitted.
- All setups must remain on a level surface at all times.
- No structural modifications, risers, or elevated platforms unless pre-approved in writing.
Food & Beverage Policy
- No food or drinks are permitted on/near equipment
- This includes catering, snacks, alcohol, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Furniture & Equipment Restrictions
- No tables or chairs are allowed on equipment.
Power & Technical Requirements
- The venue must have a sufficient power output for your planned equipment.
- It is the renter’s responsibility to confirm that all electrical needs can be safely supported.
Use & Conduct
- Equipment must be used in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
- Damage or misuse of the space may result in additional charges.
Approval & Compliance
Booking with us confirms that you have read and agreed to these requirements. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your event or termination of event rentals without refund.
